IPLEX NX uses high-resolution CCD technology, an ultra-bright laser diode light source, and an innovative PulsarPic™ processor to deliver unparalleled image quality and brightness. The inspection target can be observed brightly even in large dark areas. In addition, the use of a clear daylight view monitor allows clear images to be observed even during outdoor inspections in strong sunlight.
Adopts an 8.4-inch monitor, the largest in the IPLEX series. Compared to a conventional 6.5-inch monitor, you can view images approximately 1.7 times larger in area.
■Inspectable area expanded 4 times compared to previous models
Newly designed optical systems and algorithms have significantly expanded the inspectable area. The inspection area has been expanded by 4 times and the inspection distance has been expanded by 2 times. This makes it possible to measure large scratches and measure from a distance. Comparing a 6.0mm diameter scope with a direct-view stereo optical adapter and a conventional product.
■Easy measurement with 3D display function
By using the 3D display function, parts that are difficult to see in 2D images can be rotated 360 degrees and viewed from various angles. Since measurement points can be specified more reliably, the accuracy of measurement results is increased, and at the same time, the number of redos is reduced.
■New electric bending function (TrueFeel™)
Adopting a new electric bending function, it achieves the TrueFeel operating feel that is well-known for its light movement and accurate feel, which are the advantages of conventional (mechanical bending). You can control the scope as you wish with light touch operations, reducing operator fatigue.
■Multi-position design
IPLEX NX can be configured into six different styles to suit your inspection environment. The monitor can be removed from the main unit for full operation of the endoscope, and by adding a long LCD cable (optional), the monitor can be placed in the ideal position. By adding a remote control unit (optional), you can operate the monitor without touching it, increasing the freedom of operation from a comfortable position, improving work efficiency and safety, and reducing fatigue.
