About This Product

This is a "plate type" developed for the purpose of heat exchange between fluids containing fibers and coarse particles, and fluids with high viscosity. The wide gap flow path handles fluids that would otherwise cause clogging in general "plate type" heat exchangers and other types of heat exchangers. This prevents clogging of the inside of the vessel even with fluids that are prone to clogging, and greatly reduces the number of times cleaning is required. In addition, the unique corrugated plate creates a high degree of turbulence in the fluid, dramatically increasing heat exchange efficiency. They demonstrate performance that exceeds the limits of shell-and-tube heat exchangers in applications such as sugar refining, fermented alcohol distillation processes, chemical processes, and the paper and pulp industry.

・You can select "wide gap" on one side or both sides according to the properties of the two fluids. - Compatible with liquids containing fibers and coarse particles, and high viscosity fluids. - Light and compact, making foundation work easy. It requires less installation space and maintenance space, and is extremely economical. - Frequent cleaning is not required and operation can be continued for a long period of time. In addition, it can be disassembled and cleaned by simply removing the tightening bolts, and the operating capacity can be easily changed by increasing or decreasing the number of plates.
