Single molecule level imaging is possible, with both high resolution of 15 (X) × 15 (Y) × 25 (Z) nm and wide field of view of 150 × 150 μm. Observe exosomes with ultra-high resolution. Easy sample preparation. Multi-color measurement is possible.

■Summary

abbelight is a cutting-edge venture company in fluorescence microscopy. By applying single molecule localization microscopy (SMLM), it is possible to observe with a positional accuracy of 15 (X) × 15 (Y) × 25 (Z) nm. Unique SAFe light technology illuminates a wide area evenly. In addition, the localization of multiple target molecules can be investigated using multicolor. In addition to hardware, our manufacturer also provides optical switching buffers (reagents) and analysis software to support measurements.
