About This Product

Label-free 2D, 3D, 4D imaging, non-staining, high spatial resolution 200nm

■Summary

In the case of general bioimaging, 3D images are obtained by continuously measuring 2D images in the depth direction, but this product, "3D Cell Explorer, a holographic microscope for cell observation," uses holography technology and tomography. A groundbreaking technology that uses technology to three-dimensionally measure differences in refraction inside cells in a single measurement, and instantly creates high-definition digital images on the nanometer order, exceeding the diffraction limit of light. It's a microscope. By acquiring high-definition images in just a few seconds and digitally staining them*1, you can observe the inside of cells in detail from various perspectives. We use weak laser light that does not impact cells, and perform non-invasive measurements*2, allowing us to observe the original appearance of cells as they are. When you turn on the power, it starts up and starts measuring immediately. Sample preparation, staining and labeling using expensive reagents, and configuration of the optical system are fully automated, so there is no need for any difficult adjustments. In addition, the software is highly functional yet intuitively operable, making it easy to use. *1 Digital staining The difference in refractive index is expressed using multiple colors. Cells can be clearly observed by distinguishing each organelle and cell membrane. Staining methods using general reagents can use up to 3 colors, but digital staining allows multiple stains to be performed at the same time. *2 Non-invasive measurement We use a weak laser beam that does not affect cells. Because there are no labels, markers, or other invasive methods that can alter, damage, or kill cells, you can see inside living cells as they are.
