■Summary

The multi-functional expanded LIBS device Sci-Trace (manufactured by AtomTRACE) is a LIBS (Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy) device developed for elemental analysis for university and corporate researchers. Elemental analysis of gases, liquids, and solids to be measured can be performed in a short time without the need for complex pretreatment steps. The sample chamber, which is equipped with multiple injection ports, allows you to add various measurement systems to suit your needs, further expanding the range of measurements you can perform. It is also possible to propose a vacuum chamber specification, and it can also support environmental control such as measurement under reduced pressure/pressurization and inert gas atmosphere. The laser can also support double pulse/multipulse. The manufacturer has professional engineers for elemental analysis, so please consult with us regarding the desired measurement sample type and conditions.
