About This Product

■Product overview Our original fluorescence lifetime measurement device/fluorescence spectrum measurement device uses TCSPC (Time Correlated Single Photon Counting) and is capable of measuring fluorescence lifetime from nanoseconds to microseconds. By combining a high-sensitivity spectroscopy CCD detector and a high-performance spectrometer, it supports PL spectrum measurement and PLE measurement. It is also possible to support complex systems that combine Raman spectroscopy, etc. The range of analysis and evaluation will be expanded. We also support system construction by reusing existing equipment and step-by-step system expansion with cost considerations in mind. We offer a wide range of optimal systems, from individual parts to complete systems. ■Features ・Adopts TCSPC (Time Correlated Single Photon Counting) module, enables IRF (instrument response) of 100 ps or less, and fluorescence lifetime measurement with time resolution of 10 ps or less after analysis ・Uses a high-repetition picosecond diode laser, allowing data collection in a short time ・By using a wavelength tunable light source, excitation wavelengths can be easily switched from 400 nm to 1,100 nm. ・The spectrometer is equipped with a fluorescence lifetime detector and a fluorescence spectrum detector at the same time. ・System can be constructed based on a microscope ・Cryostat can be mounted on sample holder ■Applications ・Picosecond time-resolved fluorescence lifetime measurement ・PL spectrum measurement ・Fluorescence lifetime imaging measurement ・Raman spectroscopy/image measurement ・PLE measurement ・Intensity correlation measurement (bunching/anti-bunching) Examples of custom-made system delivery results ■Two-photon fluorescence microscope This is a microscopic spectroscopic optical system combined with a femtosecond laser. Equipped with a spectrometer and CCD, spectra can be measured. ■Wavelength variable microscopic spectroscopy system By combining a picosecond white laser and a monochromator, the excitation wavelength can be varied to support PLE measurements. Equipped with a detection spectrometer, InGaAs linear array, and InGaAs APD, it can measure PL spectra and fluorescence lifetime with TCSPC. Additionally, a cryostat is installed under the microscope, allowing evaluation at low temperatures. ■Macro spectroscopic optical system (cryostat included) Equipped with a femtosecond laser, CCD spectrometer, SPAD detector, and TCSPC, it is possible to measure fluorescence spectra and fluorescence lifetime using a macro spectroscopic optical system.
