About This Product

■Product overview

Photon etc's "Hyperspectral Microscope IMA™" provides high wavenumber and spatial resolution. The system is designed to rapidly scan the visible, near-infrared, and second biowindow (900-1,600 nm) wavelength range while mapping spectra such as fluorescence, photoluminescence, electroluminescence, and transmittance. Masu. Therefore, hyperspectral cube data can be acquired faster than with a scanning hyperspectral microscope. IMA™ hyperspectral microscopy enables label-free characterization of solar cells, semiconductors, and other samples such as polymers, crystals, and cells. It can also be used to evaluate the spectrum of near-infrared fluorescent substances that emit light in the second biological window (900 to 1,620 nm).
