■Small FT-IR spectrometer Product overview
A 2-16μm compatible model (liquid nitrogen cooling) has been released.
The compact FT-IR spectrometer (manufactured by ARCOptix S.A.) is a Fourier transform type, fiber-connected infrared spectrometer that is compact and portable and easy to carry. The built-in dual corner cube interferometer is not easily affected by vibration or temperature changes and can perform stable measurements, so it can be used not only for measurements in the laboratory but also for field work by taking advantage of its portability.
The maximum measurement wavelength range of the ROCKET series is 900nm to 12μm (11,000 to 830 cm-1), and although it is small, it achieves a high wave number resolution of 4 cm-1 and a high S/N ratio of 1,000:1. With the latest specification FTIR-FC series, it is now possible to measure up to 2 to 16 μm using an immersion ATR probe (Attenuated Total Reflectance). The installed detector can also be selected from the MCT 4-stage cooling model and the MCT liquid nitrogen cooling model.
Furthermore, the UV-VIS-NIR FIB series is equipped with a diffraction grating type CCD spectrometer and a Fourier transform type InGaAs spectrometer in one spectrometer housing, and supports broadband spectroscopic measurements from 200nm to 2.6μm. .
Various analysis software can be used with spc file format data, and APIs for LabVIEW and .NET can also be provided. A system can be easily constructed by combining reflex branch probes, immersion branch probes, immersion ATR branch probes, etc.
