Ideal for applications that require continuous operation in one direction, such as conveyor drives and rotary tables.

■Easy driving

You can easily operate it by simply connecting a capacitor and connecting it to an AC power source. (For three-phase motors, no capacitor is required.)

■Brakeback stops the motor instantly

Suitable for applications that reduce the overrun of induction motors and instantly stop them. The brake pack SB50W is equipped with a function that can output an alarm signal when the thermal protection built into the motor is activated.

■Compliant with overseas safety standards

All models comply with various safety standards and have built-in overheat protection devices.

By reviewing the basic design of the motor, we have achieved unprecedented high efficiency. We also offer three-phase high-efficiency motors that have characteristics ideal for speed control using an inverter and enable energy savings.

■Maximum efficiency is 80%

This is a highly efficient three-phase motor with a maximum efficiency of 80% due to the use of an optimal magnetic design and special parts. Loss has been significantly reduced, motor output has been increased, and fanless design has been achieved.

■Power consumption reduced by up to approximately 10%

When compared with the conventional product's 90W under the same conditions, power consumption has been reduced by up to approximately 10%. Contributes to energy saving of equipment.

■Increased motor output

By increasing efficiency, we have achieved an output of 100W with a mounting angle of 90mm. Furthermore, the overall length is 15mm shorter than conventional products, contributing to equipment downsizing.

■Fanless

By reducing loss, the motor generates less heat. Therefore, the cooling fan installed in conventional products of 60W or higher is no longer needed.

■No scattering of dust etc.

Since there is no cooling fan, there is no possibility of stirring up dust.
