Both the motor and driver are significantly smaller and lighter.
■Wide speed control range from 1 to 4,000r/min
Stable operation even at low speeds starting from 1r/min, resulting in smoother starting and stopping.
■High speed stability that operates at the set speed
The speed fluctuation rate (relative to load) is as small as ±0.01%, allowing operation at the set speed even if the load changes.
■Acquisition of current position and positioning operation possible
The motor's feedback information has been enhanced, making it possible to obtain the current position. In addition, improved resolution allows you to stop at the desired position.
■Expanded operable voltage range
- Compatible with DC24-48V batteries.
・It will not stop even if the battery voltage drops. Continues operation while limiting rotational speed and torque.
■10% reduction in power consumption
・In the case of battery-powered transportation robots, the distance and time they can travel are extended. You can reduce the number of times you charge the battery.
- Power consumption can be monitored using support software MEXE02 or communication. You can use it as a guide for charging.
■Electric brake allows for holding when stopped
By energizing the motor, a holding force is generated when stopping (servo on). Even motors without electromagnetic brakes can be used as electric holding brakes. It also has a function to hold the position so that it does not shift from the stopped position.
■ATL function that automatically limits output torque
Even if the motor is overloaded, it is equipped with an ATL function that lowers the output torque and continues operation to avoid stopping due to an overload alarm.
■ Simplify the main program with sequence function
Equipped with a wide range of sequence functions that can be used during stored data operation, such as linked operation, timer settings between operations, conditional branching, and loop count.
