About This Product

■Summary・Integrated hollow table and closed loop stepping motor
・Also available with servo motor
・Mounting angle 60~200mm, hollow diameter φ28~100mm
・High strength and high precision positioning

■Load can be connected directlyTables and arms with large moments of inertia can be directly attached, eliminating the need for connecting parts (collars), reducing design and assembly effort and parts costs.

■Can drive heavy and large workpiecesMaximum allowable axial load is 4,000N. Maximum allowable moment is 100N・m. It can drive even workpieces with large mass and moment of inertia.

■Small surface runoutWorkpieces can be placed away from the center of the output table.

■Reducing the time required for "design", "assembly" and "adjustment"A device table or arm can be attached directly to the output table.

■High output drive using cross roller bearingsThe diagram above shows the vertical structure of the motor. Regarding the structure of the hollow output table, the same applies to the horizontal direction of the motor.

■Use according to spaceAvailable in vertical motor orientation and horizontal motor orientation. You can choose according to the installation space within the device.

■Advantages of horizontal motor・The mounting plate can be simplified because there is no need to machine escape holes for the motor.

■Equipped with battery-less absolute sensorEquipped with a small battery-less mechanical absolute sensor (ABZO sensor). Contributes to improving productivity and reducing costs.
・Mechanical sensor: Retains position information even when power is off
・Multi-rotation absolute sensor: Can detect the absolute position of ±900 rotations (1800 rotations) on the motor shaft from the reference origin

■No external sensor requiredSince it is an absolute system, no origin sensor or limit sensor is required.
・High-speed return to origin + improved accuracy of return to origin
