■EtherCAT compatible/4-axis control saves wiring and space

・Input/output signals are aggregated with one EtherCAT communication cable. Also, wiring for communication, power, etc. for 4 axes is consolidated into one driver. ・Reducing wiring man-hours and erroneous wiring troubles ・Batch management of device information including motor information using EtherCAT master

■ Neat wiring

Connector positions are consolidated on two sides. Wiring can be organized neatly.

■2-phase/5-phase motors can be used together, synchronous control possible via EtherCAT communication

- Can control 2-phase/5-phase motors, actuators, etc. with one driver. Reduce parts inventory and management costs. Combinable stepping motor, electric actuator, and rotary encoder ・Synchronized control is also possible while using the characteristics of 2-phase/5-phase motors using EtherCAT communication.

■ Capable of importing encoder information and detecting position deviation

Equipped with a function to import encoder information into the driver. Position deviation can be detected by the driver and output as a signal without going through a host control device. In addition, by using the support software MEXE02, you can monitor the actual position and speed of the motor on the PC screen. ・No need for high-speed counter, reducing cost of host control equipment ・Outputs signals to higher-level control equipment via EtherCAT communication. Reduce program creation time

■Encoder detection information can be monitored using support software MEXE02 (free)

Measurement results can be saved as image files or CSV format.

■Electromagnetic brake automatic control possible, power supply possible

・No need for electromagnetic brake control circuit, reducing program creation time ・Reduction of wiring man-hours

■Alarm output

Excessive position deviation alarm output allows motor step-out detection (can also output main circuit overheat alarm, etc.)

■Information

- Driver temperature, overvoltage, undervoltage, etc. can be output as information information. ・Can be monitored via EtherCAT communication

■Separation of main power supply/control power supply

・Supports main power cutoff by adding external safety relay separately ・Monitoring via EtherCAT communication is possible even when the main power is shut off.
