■High torque

A review of the motor winding design has made it possible to increase the current. Achieves increased torque from low speed range to high speed range.

■Energy saving/power saving

By lowering the operating current supplied to the motor, it is possible to achieve the same torque as conventional products while reducing power consumption and CO2 emissions. Power consumption/CO2 emissions: 56% reduction compared to conventional models (compared to our company)

■Low vibration

By reviewing the magnetic design, we have achieved even lower vibration than conventional products.

■Resource saving through downsizing

Torque has been significantly improved compared to conventional products. If you compare the same torque, you can downsize the motor by using the PKP series. Contributes to space saving and weight reduction of equipment. 44% reduction in external volume.

■Uses a small and thin connector

The PKP series, which uses a small and thin connector, has a lower protrusion on the connector (with some exceptions). In addition, the direction of pulling out the motor cable is now upward, increasing the degree of freedom in the direction in which the motor cable can be pulled out.

■With encoder

Available with encoder. By comparing the current position and the command position, you can check whether the motor is operating normally.

■Motor position information can be detected

It is possible to monitor the current position and detect positional deviation. For example, you can check whether the motor is operating normally by comparing the current position and the command position.

■Highly reproducible origin finding possible

Since the Z-phase signal is output at the excitation origin (stable point), it can be used as a substitute for an origin sensor (a sensor attached to the motor shaft that detects the origin within one revolution). It also makes it easier to use the Z-phase output signal and TIM output signal together, improving the reproducibility of home positioning. *This is a signal output from the driver every time the motor output shaft rotates 7.2° (3.6° for high resolution type) from the origin.

■Voltage output type and line driver output type can be selected

Voltage output type and line driver output type are available. In addition, a cable convenient for wiring the encoder is available separately.
