■Strengths of this product
・Because it is injection molded, the cutting process can be reduced, reducing costs. and productivity improvement. Moreover, the winding surface is flat and the gap is within 0.05mm.
- Elimination of cutting process reduces adhesion of foreign matter such as cutting chips.
・Our product has strong compressive strength because the ribs on the front and back sides are the same thickness, 6 mm.
・We can design molds in-house, manufacture molds, make prototypes of products, and mass-produce them. Therefore, it is possible to develop according to the purpose of use.
