About This Product

The PRAD series is a unit type pilot type governor that can be used as either a district governor or a dedicated governor. This product was jointly developed with Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd. and won a technology award from the Japan Gas Association. There are two types: a venturi restriction type that emphasizes capacity and a fixed restriction type that emphasizes stability of outlet pressure. For H type, you can choose from 4 types of entrance/exit connections. Maintenance is made easier by integrating the shutoff valve and filter. PRAD-AL/BL is a unit type pilot operated low pressure governor that can be used as either a district governor or a dedicated governor. The valve part of the main valve is designed to be easy to remove, and the shutoff valve and filter are integrated to make maintenance easier. For the horizontal type, the entrance/exit connection direction can be selected from four types.

Optimization of pilot line design (1) Minimization of internal volume, 2) Optimization of orifice shape, etc. has made it possible to achieve a higher level of response and stability.

■Excellent maintainability

Optimization of the overall design of the governor unit (1) Reducing the number of parts by adopting an axial flow type main valve and integrating the shutoff valve and filter; 2) A structure in which all major equipment can be accessed from the side of the unit), which allows for easy disassembly and inspection.
