■Summary
A large-scale photobioreactor is a system that creates an artificial environment for upscaling the production of photosynthetic microorganisms and their metabolites. The standard version is based on a flat culture vessel (capacity 25L or 100L), but customized systems are also possible, making it possible to create a variety of culture tanks according to customer requirements. The culture unit is operated by a control unit.

・Stainless steel container lid, gas and electronic fittings, and silicone seal included
- Plastic U-shaped tube for aeration with porous polyethylene sparger (pore size 50 µm). Autoclavable (limited reuse)
・Valve for emptying
■Temperature control
・Built-in temperature control function in the range of 30 to 60℃ (ambient temperature around 20℃)
・Cooling module (optional) expands temperature control range to 15-60℃ (ambient temperature does not exceed 30℃)
・Includes water cooling coil, cooling unit, electronics, and software control
