■SummaryWith over 40 years of sensor development experience, the WET150 from Delta-T is a new digital SDI-12 multiparameter soil sensor with outstanding cost performance, making it ideal for research in horticulture and agricultural systems.

When embedded in soil or substrate, the WET150 sensor simultaneously measures three important variables that influence plant growth: water content, temperature, and electrical conductivity (EC). This is a strong indicator of general nutritional level. The main strength of WET150 is its ability to accurately calculate the pore water conductivity (ECp), i.e. the ionic content of water available to plants. Patented sensor electronics deliver research-grade measurement accuracy with exceptional salinity/temperature stability. This is essential for control and irrigation decisions.
