About This Product

Cryopreservation is a very important phase in the cell production process. In pursuit of the optimal cooling rate for cells, VIA Freeze™ provides highly reproducible control of the cell freezing process, reducing the risk of damage to cell viability. Since it does not use liquid nitrogen, it is suitable for use anywhere, even in clean rooms.

■Ideal for use in clean rooms

The shape has few irregularities and prevents dust from accumulating. It is a quiet type that does not use liquid nitrogen and does not pollute the air.

■GMP compatible

Achieves highly reproducible freezing control. Performs installation qualification (IQ) and operational qualification (OQ).

■Do not use liquid nitrogen

All you need is a 100V power supply. No need for troublesome refilling of liquid nitrogen.

■High uniformity control

Designed to provide optimal thermal efficiency.

■Programmable, easy-to-use intuitive user interface

■Freezing chamber

The inside of the freezing chamber provides an optimal temperature environment, and at the same time has a structure that allows the sample plate (SBS plate) to be easily attached and detached.

■SBS plate

We offer SBS plates suitable for various cryopreservation containers (cryotubes, bags, straws, etc.). SNS plates using magnetic force are easy to attach and detach, and can be sterilized.

■Performance

The most important freezing phase in the cold chain requires high reproducibility. VIA Freeze™ delivers high performance through strict cooling control.
