About This Product

■Cell culture experiment

By supplying pressure-adjusted gas from a gas cylinder to a pressurized chamber, cell culture experiments can be performed while controlling the pressure inside the chamber (~0.30MPa). The internal pressure of the pressurized chamber can be checked using the regulator located at the top of the chamber body. By combining it with a premix gas cylinder, it is possible to perform hypoxic and hyperoxic experiments while controlling the pressurized environment. Example of use) Regenerative medicine: Under normal atmospheric pressure conditions, there is a limit to the oxygen concentration in the blood, but it is said that it is possible to increase the oxygen concentration by pressurizing it, so it can be used in experiments for regenerative medicine. .

■Small animal breeding

Small animal experiments can be performed while controlling the pressure inside the chamber (~0.40MPa). The internal pressure of the pressurized chamber can be checked using the regulator located on the side of the chamber. By using acrylic material for the chamber where small animals are placed, it is also possible to observe them from the outside during experiments. Equipped with an air supply valve and an exhaust valve for ventilation, it is possible to perform ventilation while suppressing fluctuations in chamber internal pressure. Example of use: Research on hyperbaric oxygen therapy, which is said to be effective in cell healing.
