About This Product

This is a double coater type 3D printer M3DS-SHD that is equipped with two coaters to achieve composite modeling. This is the first time in the industry that we have achieved composite modeling using two types of materials using stereolithography. Various applications are expected, such as models with different hardness depending on the part, such as bone and cartilage.

■M3DS-SHD performance

・Industry's first 2-material DLP stereolithography machine M3DS-SHD. ・Hard modeling can be embedded in Shore A2 modeling. ・Double coater method DLP stereolithography. ・Alcohol cleaning using a cleaner tank. - Compatible with rubber elastic resin and Shore A2 ~ hard resin. ・XY resolution 125um, stacking pitch 100, 50um. ・Building size 150 x 150 x 180mm. ・Coater speed can be adjusted.

■Features of M3DS-SHD

M3DS-SHD is made up of two materials by using two coaters that work alternately to apply two resins onto different sheets, and then curing only the necessary areas using projector light. The model is completed. The alcohol in the cleaner tank washes away the previous resin that has adhered to the sheet or object, and the next layer is printed in a clean state.
