■D*FB proportional valve characteristics

・Available in a power amplifier (OBE) equipped type with an electronic control device built into the main body, and a separate type without it. - Parameters can be set using the ProPxD software of a dedicated amplifier (PWD00A-400, etc.). - Two types are available: a type with a sleeve attached to the spool sliding part that achieves high precision control, and a type without a sleeve that allows for a large flow rate.

■D*FP (DF Plus) servo valve features

・High response speed achieved by unique voice coil drive technology. -Low hysteresis 0.05% or less (D*1FP series: 0.1% or less). ・Standardized type equipped with power amplifier (OBE). ・Supports flow rate up to 3,000L/min (D111FP).

■Smooth valve switching extends equipment life and reduces equipment maintenance costs.

Reference circuit for cylinder lowering and 2nd speed control.

■Electrically adjust the actuator speed steplessly, making adjustments easy and effortless after the device is completed.

Delicately transport heavy objects. Example: Stop at POS1, then stop at POS2 after work. ・Switch to low speed using the speed change valve. ・The cylinder stops under low speed control, but a shock occurs. ・When changing speed, the flow control valve must be adjusted manually. - Acceleration and deceleration settings can be freely set for the proportional valve by setting PLC parameters. ・It is also possible to smoothly decelerate to the stop position. ・By performing position feedback, a more accurate stopping position can be achieved.

■Reaction speed equivalent to nozzle flapper type servo valve (high response frequency) D*FP

Controllability is dramatically improved due to fast response time and low hysteresis.
