Overview

■Cleaning quality can be controlled by “visualization” of ultrasonic shock waves

Ultrasonic cleaning is a mechanism in which small bubbles generated by ultrasonic waves expand and contract, and when they burst, the shock waves are used to physically remove dirt from the object being cleaned. When you hear this, you tend to think that air bubbles are visible or the liquid surface ripples due to impact, but in reality, it is difficult to control cleaning quality because the state of ultrasonic cleaning cannot be confirmed with the naked eye. . ■Features of “Sonic Watcher 2”

Sonic Watcher 2 can measure and visualize the "sound pressure" inside the ultrasonic cleaning tank. Therefore, it can be used to improve the yield of cleaning defects and as a cleaning quality control tool. - Measures the ever-changing sound pressure inside the ultrasonic cleaning tank (underwater) in real time. - Easy-to-read digital numbers make it easy for even workers with little ultrasound knowledge to check the numbers. - Adopts an auto range, making it possible to measure sound pressure in all liquids such as water, hydrocarbons, IPA, etc. that do not damage the probe material (SUS304). ・Warnings using LED lamps are also available, allowing for immediate detection of abnormalities. - With dual power supply system, it can be used both as a portable device and for 24-hour monitoring and measurement. -Sound pressure measurement at two locations is possible at the same time. (You can switch between 1-line measurement and 2-line measurement.) ・Flickering in the numerical display is minimized by the averaging function, even when momentary sound pressure changes slightly.
