This is a highly versatile X-ray CT scanner that can obtain fluoroscopic and CT images with high contrast and a wide dynamic range in the entire X-ray region from high energy to low energy. Various applications are possible from quality control to precision analysis.
■Highly versatile CT scanner 300kV specification
By adopting a microfocus X-ray generator and a new type of X-ray detector, we have prepared a lineup of highly versatile CT scanners for inspection and analysis that can be used from low energy to high energy ranges. This is a 300kV model CT scanner with improved penetration ability by being equipped with an X-ray generator with a maximum tube voltage of 300kV and an optimal detector.
■High-quality CT images
The 300kV model has increased transmission ability in the high energy range, and achieves high resolution and high image quality even for large parts and heavy metal parts that have difficult transmission. Furthermore, unique HDR image processing achieves higher contrast and faster image reconstruction, making it possible to obtain high-quality CT images in a short time. In addition, auto-centering, which is important in CT imaging, and fully automatic recalibration improve operability, and a collimator reduces scattered radiation to improve image quality.
■Renovated user interface for intuitive operation
・We have prepared a "smart mode" that allows you to easily perform CT imaging.

・STEP2 Automatically obtain material and search conditions using the auto button
・STEP3 Select any image quality and shooting time
The automatic calibration function automatically performs scan position calibration, air data collection, offset data collection, etc., and then executes the shooting. In addition, the automatic scan position specification function moves the sample table to the position that provides the optimal magnification. Inheriting the conventional "Expert Mode", it is also possible to take CT scans according to the purpose.
■Improved maintenance and safety
Adopting an integrated high-voltage generator structure eliminates the need for high-voltage cables, eliminating the need for troublesome greasing work. There is no need to worry about cable damage caused by electrical discharges occurring inside the tube, and it is also safer because there is no high-voltage generator outside the device. The X-ray generator's filament replacement uses the "click-in cathode method", making it easy to replace (no need to adjust the filament axis). The sample door has a dual safety structure with an electromagnetic lock and an X-ray interlock. It is also equipped with a pinch prevention function when closing the sample door.
