Large aluminum die castings, iron, castings, cylinders, tires, engine blocks, etc.
The 20,000 series is equipped with a line sensor on the X-ray detector, and can take high-quality images of products that are difficult to transmit through X-rays, such as large aluminum die-cast products, castings, and tires. The 30,000 series is equipped with an FPD and can capture up to 1,024 slices of CT images in one scan.
■450kV high energy CT scanner
A high-energy X-ray generator with a maximum tube voltage of 450kV enables CT imaging of large parts and heavy metal products that are difficult to transmit through X-rays.
■Lineup of 2 models with different detectors
Line sensor (LDA) type: TR (translate/rotate) method enables high-quality continuous cross-sectional images to be taken at twice or three times the speed of conventional models. (Fastest 10 seconds/slice) Equipped with various scan modes Half/Full/Double Full etc.
Flat panel (FPD) type: Up to 1,024 images can be captured in one scan by combining the RO (rotate only) method and FPD. (Fastest 30 seconds/scan) Real-time fluoroscopic images allow you to specify the slice position and perform CT imaging.
■Composite CT can also be proposed
There are also CTs that are equipped with both LDA and FPD detectors and can perform high-quality and high-speed scanning with a single unit.
