Etching is a product that has been surface-treated using the corrosive effects of chemicals. Anticorrosion (rust prevention) treatment is applied only to the necessary parts of the surface of the material used, and a corrosive agent dissolves and erodes the unnecessary parts to create the desired shape. We can handle a wide range of products from prototypes to mass-produced products.
Pressing requires a mold, but etching is equivalent to a mold and uses an original plate depicting the drawings and data sent by the user. Original plates can be produced at lower costs and with shorter lead times than molds. Another feature is that there are no burrs, distortions, or burrs that occur during press processing.
