About This Product
Urethane slate is an energy-saving building material that combines hard polyurethane foam with the back side of corrugated slate, creating an indoor environment that is ``cool in the summer and warm in the winter.''
■Insulation
Rigid polyurethane has a low thermal conductivity (0.026W/m・K or less), so it exhibits excellent heat insulation performance. The use of highly insulating building materials prevents condensation and reduces heat loss, improving livability and reducing air conditioning costs.
■Non-hygroscopic water absorption
Since it is non-hygroscopic, capillary action does not occur.
■Aesthetics
Initially, the finish color is pale yellow, but it turns yellow under the influence of ultraviolet rays.
■Self-adsorption property
Because it is completely adhered by self-adhesive force, it will not peel or fall under natural conditions.
■Spraying method
Due to the wave shape, the foam thickness at the peaks, valleys, and abdomen will be uneven. Atsushi Tanibe is the standard.
■Chemical resistance
Hardly attacked except by strong acids and some solvents
