■SummaryIt has the ability to modify surface-treated materials such as plastic, paper, and metal foil using ultrasonic waves generated by corona discharge. By applying corona discharge to the surface, wetting tension can be improved, and the coating characteristics, lamination characteristics, printing characteristics, etc. of the surface can be improved. The compatible materials are listed above, but it is most effective for materials such as polymer films.

■BD-20ACA high-frequency generator generates a high-voltage, high-frequency spark at the tip of an equipped electrode, and the electric field generated around it is used for surface treatment of polymers (plastics).

The generator and electrical and mechanical components are housed in a durable Bakelite case that allows for precise handling and easy holding. The electrical cord has 3 cores with clear poles (grounded) and is 1.8M long, making it very easy to handle.

The power supply is separated and assembled in a case with excellent heat radiation to provide stable power. The case is coated with a durable silicone coating that is scratch resistant, and the tab allows for permanent setting.

■SET includes three tip nozzles suitable for the processing target, and you can choose the nozzle that suits the target.The power generation output unit has 4 ON/OFF switches and is connected to the output device via a 1.8m cord. The output device (Generator) can adjust the high voltage output from 10,000 to 45,000V by rotating the knob, and the output frequency is 45MHz, but the input power is approximately 40W, which is power saving. Output can be adjusted between 5 and 30W in an environment of 50/60Hz and 115 to 230V.
