■ Quantitatively and objectively evaluated the cloudiness of transparent material [Patent No. 6111313]

It is a device for quantitatively and objectively evaluating the degree of cloudiness of glass and lenses from the viewpoint of "whether the distant scenery is clearly visible". It acquire images of permeability material and the cloudy appearance of the mirror, and quantifies the degree of cloudiness using either analysis methods of light, dark, outline, or compression. ･ You can quantitatively evaluate the anti -fogging of mirrors and permeability. ･ Natural condensation method and humidifying injection method can evaluate various situations. -The device can be evaluated in an environment assuming the actual situation by rotating the device horizontally or 90 degrees. ･ It is possible to quantitatively evaluate solid samples from super water repellent to superbarizing. ･ The temperature control of the solid sample (-5-60 ° C) is possible. ･ Humidity control (5-70 %) is possible. ･ The intensity of transmitted light before and after spraying moisture can be tracked over time. ･ Evaluation of four analysis methods (light, dark cloudy index, outline fog index, compressed fog index, surface observation measurement) is possible. ･ Measurement of water drop size φ200 μm or more can be measured by surface observation function (liquid size measurement function by mouse drag)
