It is a device for quantitatively and objectively evaluating the degree of cloudiness of glass and lenses from the viewpoint of "whether the distant scenery is clearly visible". It acquire images of permeability material and the cloudy appearance of the mirror, and quantifies the degree of cloudiness using either analysis methods of light, dark, outline, or compression.

-The device can be evaluated in an environment assuming the actual situation by rotating the device horizontally or 90 degrees.
･ It is possible to quantitatively evaluate solid samples from super water repellent to superbarizing.
･ The temperature control of the solid sample (-5-60 ° C) is possible.
･ Humidity control (5-70 %) is possible.
･ The intensity of transmitted light before and after spraying moisture can be tracked over time.
