About This Product

■Non-invasive

Observe live samples like bright field observation without any pretreatment. OCT technology enables non-destructive observation of internal structures that cannot be seen from the outside, such as cavities and gaps inside a sample.

■Rapid observation

Acquires a 3D image of 300μm square in about 1 minute at the fastest speed. Live cells, tissues, and individual organisms can be observed immediately after being set.

■Easy operation

3D observation with simple operations on the PC screen. The system automatically constructs 3D images without special training or skilled techniques.

■Imaging the 3D morphology and internal structure of cultured cells and tissues

・OCT is a technology that uses weak near-infrared rays to non-invasively obtain tomographic images of living organisms. ・With Cell3iMager Estier, researchers can acquire images safely and in real time without any harmful effects on living organisms.

■Non-invasive and label-free time-lapse observation

- Observe in real time everything from spheroid formation to disintegration after drug addition ・Detailed observation of the characteristics of the three-dimensional structure of spheroids that could not be seen with a microscope

■Compatibility with existing labware

・Can observe SBS format microwell plates and general culture dishes - Compatible with special functional plates such as the plate "Elplasia®" (Kuraray Co., Ltd.) for 3D culture.
