About This Product

■Liquid level gauge with no moving parts Intrinsically safe, explosion-proof, can be used in a wide range of applications from high temperature/high pressure to vacuum conditions Capacitive level gauge (liquid level gauge)

・Measurement target: Conductive to insulating viscous liquid/powder ・QB type: Standard type (non-explosion proof) ・SB type: Intrinsically safe explosion-proof structure ExiaⅡBT4 (TIIS) Flameproof explosion-proof structure (ATEX)

■Features

・High degree of freedom in designing the detection part ・Long life as there is no driving part. ・It is possible to select the electrode material and shape according to the properties of the object to be measured. ・A limiter circuit is used to protect the indicator and external signals. ・Measurements can be performed at high temperatures, high pressures, and under vacuum conditions. ・Wide measurement range. (from 100mm to 10m) ・Head-on type available. ・Static electricity resistant type (*Note 1) and lightning resistant type available. *Note 1: When the contents of the tank are charged with static electricity, the static electricity flows from the detection electrode of the level switch to the ground electrode, and from the mounting flange or mounting screw to the tank ground. If a ground line can be wired, it can also be run through the ground wiring. This is very effective in preventing static electricity explosions.
