About This Product

Optical 3D measurement and dynamic tracking without markers The FreeScan Trak Pro2 portable optical coordinate measurement system is the perfect metrology tool for quality control and 3D inspection. With high accuracy and repeatability, the FreeScan Trak Pro2 can quickly and accurately inspect a wide variety of parts and surfaces without the need for markers. When combined with the optional FreeProbe, users can seamlessly integrate contact measurements into the optical scanning process, making the overall inspection workflow faster and more convenient.

■No need for dynamic referencing markers

The FreeTrak bar dynamically tracks the TE25 scanner thanks to tracking targets, eliminating the need to manually place markers on the scan target. This marker-free operation saves time and makes the 3D scanning process smoother.

■Accuracy is maximum 0.023mm

・Excellent system FreeScan Trak Pro2 provides metrology-grade scan results with outstanding accuracy up to 0.023mm.

■Scanning speed up to 3,070,000 points/sec

・Three laser line modes ・50 cross laser lines: quick and highly accurate scanning ・7 parallel laser lines: Partial HD scan reproduces extremely fine details ・1 single laser line: deep hole scanning (hole diameter:depth ratio 1:4) ・High speed scan - Combined with 50 blue laser lines, Trak Pro2's two 5.0MP industrial cameras enable ultra-fast data collection for a smooth scanning experience.
