About This Product

The outer ring is made of carbon steel (S45C), but it is not hardened, so be careful not to damage it when assembling. Designed in compliance with international standards, it uses a PTEF liner on the sliding surface of the outer ring, allowing it to function quietly even under impact loads and rocking motion. It can also be used without maintenance, has low friction and excellent wear resistance. *Although it can be used without lubrication or without maintenance, lubrication will extend its life.

■Structure and features

JMC spherical bearings are self-aligning spherical sliding bearings in which the inner ring and outer ring (housing) are in spherical contact and can carry radial loads and axial loads in both directions at the same time.There are lubrication types and non-lubrication types depending on the lubrication method. Suitable for shaft misalignment adjustment, rocking motion, centering motion, etc. The lubrication type is suitable for construction machinery and industrial machinery that are subject to alternating loads or impact loads, and the non-lubrication type is suitable for locations that are subject to loads in a fixed direction. Used in food machinery that dislikes oil.
