About This Product

The outer ring is made of carbon steel (S45C), but it is not hardened, so be careful not to damage it when assembling. There is a clearance of 20/1,000mm or more between the inner and outer rings. Please confirm that the inner ring rotates freely after assembly. The surface of the inner ring has a mirror finish, and a copper alloy bushing is inserted into the sliding surface of the outer ring, providing excellent wear resistance. Ideal for misalignment adjustment applications. The inner and outer rings have oil grooves and oil holes.

■Structure and features

JMC spherical bearings are self-aligning spherical sliding bearings in which the inner ring and outer ring (housing) are in spherical contact and can carry radial loads and axial loads in both directions at the same time.There are lubrication types and non-lubrication types depending on the lubrication method. Suitable for shaft misalignment adjustment, rocking motion, centering motion, etc. The lubrication type is suitable for construction machinery and industrial machinery that are subject to alternating loads or impact loads, and the non-lubrication type is suitable for locations that are subject to loads in a fixed direction. Used in food machinery that dislikes oil.
