Generally, in the case of a system that even sorts workpieces, the equipment will be large. Shima Robosis is small and easy to handle, and does not take up space on your equipment.
After transporting and positioning workpieces from the previous process, inspection and classification are performed automatically. You can choose either a conveyor or rotary table unit. Because it is a highly versatile system, it can be repurposed depending on the work being inspected.
A classification unit (OK/NG sorting) can be installed as an option.
