In the TOC measurement, the Light Catalyst Titanium Oxide Act is a method of adding organic matter to suspensions containing titanium oxide, irradiating high -fluid rays (main wavelength 380 nm), ventiling air into the suspension, and oxidizing organic matter into carbon dioxide. [This law is used in the water test method]
■ Characteristics
1. Efficiently measure accurate tocs
The sample generally includes IC (inorganic carbon).
Example) TOC (organic carbon) = TC (all carbon) -IC (inorganic carbon)
This IC processing is important for accurate toc measurement.
[General measurement method]
1) Measure TC and IC separately, and calculate by deduction calculation.
2) Add acid to the sample, ventilate, and remove the IC in advance (acidic exposure method), then measure the toc.
[In the case of TOC-2300/2350]
IC and TOC are continuously measured with one sampling, so it is possible to efficiently measure the accurate toc.
( * The TOC is measured after detecting the point (end point) that the IC was completely removed.)
2. Realizes high -sensitivity that also supports Japanese pharmacies
Achieved the quantitative lower limit of 10 ppb.
We have cleared the equipment conditions specified by the Japanese Pharmacy.
It also supports US pharmacies (USP) and European pharmacies (EP).

1) No expensive Shirokane catalyst or high -purity air (gas cylinders or pipes) is not required.
2) Do not discharge harmful waste liquid without using an oxidant.
