About This Product
■Design
The pressure range of the model CPC4000 industrial pressure controller is -1 ... 210 bar (-15 ... 3,045 psi). This equipment is available as a desktop instrument or a 19" rack mount kit. It can have up to two reference pressure sensors and an optional barometer for barometric pressure display. It can also be used to emulate gauges and absolute pressure gauges.
■Applications
This controller achieves up to 0.02% accuracy (IS-50) and has high stability in pressure control. This device is particularly suitable for use as a transmitter manufacturing and calibration tool, pressure measuring equipment maintenance and as a calibration reference for all pressure measuring equipment in factories/workshops. Optional pollution control accessories such as combination filters and block bleed valves make the CPC4000 an ideal solution for oil and gas plants.
■Function
The touchscreen and simple, intuitive menu navigation provide maximum ease of use. For usability, it is supported by numerous menu languages. The device can have up to two internal pressure sensors, and the measurement range of each reference sensor can be determined by the customer within tolerances.
■Software
WIKA-CAL calibration software allows comfortable calibration of pressure measuring instruments and issuance of test certificates. Additionally, you can remotely control the instrument using serial command format, Mensor standard, SCPI, or other optional command sets.
■Complete testing and calibration system
On request, it is also possible to manufacture complete mobile or fixed test systems. It has IEEE-488.2, RS-232, USB (with optional USB-WiFi adapter), and Ethernet interfaces for communicating with other equipment, allowing it to be combined with existing systems.
