■Product description
The model CPC3050 high speed pressure controller is designed with a focus on increasing throughput in manufacturing or calibration processes. The CPC3050 covers pressure ranges from 0 ... 350 mbar [0 ... 5 psi] to 210 bar [3,045 psi] and can be used as a solution for multiple applications. This controller is configured as a desktop or 19-inch rackmount.
Featuring two internal reference sensors and an atmospheric pressure reference, a single CPC3050 provides a wide range of pressure control and can even emulate both absolute and gauge pressures. Since the sensor is removable, it can be flexibly adapted to customer needs such as inserting a spare sensor or supporting multiple ranges.
■Applications
The CPC3050 has an accuracy of 0.02% FS and uses regulator technology specifically designed for high speed pressure control. It is particularly suitable for end-of-line testing on automated production lines. High speed and accuracy of 0.02% FS enables the provision of suitable calibration requirements for many instruments designed for the automotive and oil and gas industries.
■Functionality
The fast pressure controller CPC3050 can be operated locally with a simple and intuitive menu for pressure control and measurement. In addition, remote control is possible with software that can drive all the same functions as local operation. Using serial, USB, Ethernet, and GPIB, the CPC3050 can be fully configured to function automatically within your process to achieve optimal output for your manufacturing process. Using the Mensor legacy command set and PACE emulation commands, it can also be used as a solution for the software mentioned above.
