About This Product

■Design

The pressure controller model CPC6050, which allows for advanced settings, is an assembled pressure controller that provides operability that can best meet customer requirements. This pressure controller can have up to two independent and simultaneously operable pressure adjustment channels. Each channel can have up to two sensors. This device can optionally include a built-in gauge for absolute pressure emulation or barometric pressure reference. This equipment can also be called a desktop instrument or a 19-inch rack mount kit.

■Applications

The IS-50 offers pressure controllers with a pressure range of -1 ... 210 bar (-15 ... 3,045 psi) and an accuracy of less than 0.01% for many applications such as calibration experiments and production sites. The ability to control this highly stable pressure as low as 25 mbar (10" at H20) makes it an ideal calibration and proven solution in the medical and aerospace industries. The CPC6050 pressure controller This easy-to-maintain instrument consists of a replaceable plug-and-play pressure sensor with simultaneous calibration channels and an intuitive GUI.

■Function

The touchscreen offers maximum ease of use due to its intuitive user interface. Its usability is supported by numerous menu languages. In addition to being able to specify a specific pressure setpoint, STEP in step sizes in defined or program-controlled increments can be entered via the touch screen or sent via a remote interface. You can change the pressure using the buttons. Furthermore, the user can also easily create rich test programs using the instrument menu. Depending on the application, the control rate can be set as fast, medium, slow or user-defined variable rate.

■Software

WIKA-CAL calibration software allows comfortable calibration of pressure measuring instruments and issuance of test certificates. Additionally, this pressure controller can also remotely control equipment using serial command format, Mensor standard, SCPI, or other optional command sets.
