■Applications
The main applications of this equipment are in the fields of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, filtration, clean rooms and medical technology, such as calibrators, high-precision measuring instruments and precision pressure transducers.
■Function
Model CPC2000 Low Pressure Controller is a main or battery powered pressure controller with internal automatic pressure generation and pressure reference. Pressure is generated using an integrated electric pump that makes positive and/or negative pressure available at both tube connections. Zero point adjustment is performed automatically as soon as the device is switched on, eliminating zero point drift.
You can make the necessary settings in preparation for later calibration in a few simple steps. First, use the MENU button to select one of the memorized pressure units and the variable pressure change step from 0 to 50%.
Enter full scale in control mode and use the navigation buttons to easily increase or decrease pressure at defined levels. Use the LEAK button to check if there is a leak in the calibration assembly or test item. This will input pressure into the test assembly and measure and display the amount of time that pressure may have been applied there.
■Interface
The instrument has RS-232 and USB interfaces for communication and data exchange with a PC.
■Certificate for calibration
Instrument accuracy is guaranteed by a factory-issued calibration certificate. DKD/DAkkS calibration certificates can also be issued upon request.
