About This Product
■Summary explanation
The model CPH7000 process calibrator is an accurate handheld calibrator for calibrating and checking analog pressure measurement instruments, pressure transmitters, and process transmitters. Additionally, you can check the pressure switch to determine the switching point. With CPH7000, you can not only check your transmitter, but also simulate and test it.
■Design
The CPH7000 has an optional built-in reference pressure sensor and manual pressure generation capability, allowing pressure generation from -0.85 … +25 bar (12.3 to +360 psi). It is also possible to power an external transmitter via the electrical module and measure and simulate its output signal.
■Function
This calibrator not only allows you to quickly and easily set up calibration tasks, but also performs preset calibration tasks and automatically saves measurements. The WIKA-Wireless interface allows you to send the completed calibration process to your PC. This data can then be evaluated and archived using the WIKA-CAL software. In this way, completely paperless transmitter calibration is possible using just the CPH7000.
■Accuracy
The CPH7000 can be temperature compensated over a wide range of 10 ... 50 °C (50 ... 122 °F) and has an accuracy of 0.025% of span. Measurements can also be displayed directly in arbitrary units to avoid complex calculations.
