■Product description
The flow nozzle design is based on Bernoulli's law and consists of a converging section and a cylindrical flow channel. Due to their high rigidity, flow nozzles are more stable than orifices when measuring flow, especially at high temperatures. Flow nozzles are commonly used for steam flow measurements, low viscosity fluids or corrosive high velocity fluids. It has a wide range of uses, including steam, air, water, steam, gas, chemicals, and high temperatures. For highly corrosive fluids, a hard inner wall is also available.
■High precision
The design and manufacture of flow nozzles is based on ISO 5167. Guaranteed accuracy is ±1.0%. Calibration allows up to ±0.25%. It also complies with ASME PTC-6, which is a requirement for power generation plants. Use a venturi nozzle to reduce pressure drop. It also has the standard converging section of a flow nozzle.
Model FLC-FN-VN Venturi nozzles are axisymmetric in shape and consist of a converging conical section, a cylindrical flow channel, and a diffuser. The venturi nozzle inlet has the same structure as model FLC-FN-FLN. (Flow nozzle ISA 1932)
