■Product description
Load pins are suitable for static and dynamic measurement tasks as an alternative to non-measurement pins. They are used to determine tension and compression forces under harsh operating conditions. Such load transducers are very often used in hoist and crane systems. Construction cranes or harbor and offshore cranes. Appropriate technical and regional certifications are available as an option.
The load pin F5308 is made of high-strength, corrosion-resistant stainless steel 1.4542, whose properties are very suitable for the application. In addition to the standard active current and voltage outputs (4 ... 20 mA / 0 ... 10 V), a digital output (CANopen®) is also available. Redundant output signals are possible. The load pin is part of the certified product ELMS1 overload protection (DIN EN ISO 13849-1, PL d / Kat. 3).
