About This Product

■Product description

Diaphragm seal systems are used to protect pressure measurement equipment from corrosive, adhesive, crystallized, highly viscous, environmentally harmful, or toxic fluids. Stainless steel diaphragm prevents process fluid from directly entering the pressure gauge. Pressure is measured through a liquid enclosed in a diaphragm DSS19F meets all the requirements of the food industry. Threaded connections allow sanitary process connections. Meets disassembly cleaning (COP) requirements. The system of diaphragm seals can withstand the temperatures of the cleaning steam generated in the SIP process and provides a sterile connection between the measuring medium and the diaphragm seal. The diaphragm seal is welded directly to the instrument. DSS19F is used in various stages of pressure measurement. (Examples) Filters, separation, heat sterilization, filling systems
