■Product description
Diaphragm seal systems are used to protect pressure measuring devices from penetrating, adhesive, crystallizing, corrosive, highly viscous, environmentally harmful, or toxic media. Stainless steel diaphragm separates the fluid. Pressure is measured through a liquid enclosed in a diaphragm. DSS18F meets all the requirements of the food industry. The milk threaded joint is a hygienic process connection. Meets disassembly cleaning (COP) requirements.
The system of diaphragm seals can withstand the temperatures of the cleaning steam generated in the SIP process and provides a sterile connection between the measuring medium and the diaphragm seal. The diaphragm seal is welded directly to the instrument. DSS18F is used in various stages of pressure measurement. (Example) Filters, separation, heat sterilization, filling systems.
