・Mb dimension: For φ29, pressure range: 0...600bar
・For Mb dimension: 40mm, pressure range: 0...400bar
・For Mb dimension: 52mm, pressure range: 0...160bar
・Please refer to the data sheet for diaphragm pressure and temperature ratings.
■Process connection
・G1/2B (male thread) and G1/4B (male thread) are equivalent to EN837-1 except for the shape of the pressure inlet.
