About This Product

■Product description

Diaphragm seal systems are used to protect pressure measurement equipment from corrosive, adhesive, crystallized, highly viscous, environmentally harmful, or toxic fluids. Stainless steel diaphragm prevents process fluid from directly entering the pressure gauge. Pressure is measured through a liquid enclosed in a diaphragm. With this design, the DSS27T's flange connection and flush diaphragm can be adapted to many flange styles and can also be installed in place of a blind flange for pressure measurement. The DSS27T is ideally suited to the demands of measurement tasks and offers very high accuracy. It has the advantage of being able to directly transmit the measurement signal. It can also be combined with various electrical connections. The diaphragm seal is attached to the measuring instrument by direct attachment as standard. DSS27T is particularly suitable for corrosive or hot media. This measurement system is used all over the world in chemical process and petrochemical industries with high measurement requirements.
