About This Product

■Product description

Diaphragm seal systems are used to protect pressure measuring devices from penetrating, adhesive, crystallizing, corrosive, highly viscous, environmentally harmful, or toxic media. Stainless steel diaphragm separates the fluid. Pressure is measured through a liquid enclosed in a diaphragm. DSS19T meets all the requirements of the food industry. Threaded connections allow sanitary process connections. Meets disassembly cleaning (COP) requirements. The system of diaphragm seals can withstand the temperatures of the cleaning steam generated in the SIP process and provides a sterile connection between the measuring medium and the diaphragm seal. Proven all-welded construction ensures long life and a permanent seal. DSS19T is used in various stages of pressure measurement. (Examples) Filters, separation, heat sterilization, filling systems
