■Product description
Diaphragm seal systems are used to protect pressure measuring devices from penetrating, adhesive, crystallizing, corrosive, highly viscous, environmentally harmful, or toxic media. Stainless steel diaphragm separates the fluid. Pressure is measured through a liquid enclosed in a diaphragm. DSS22T meets all the requirements of the food industry. What makes it particularly suitable for food products is that the measuring point can be cleaned while still in place.
CIP (clean in place) and SIP (sterilization in place) requirements are met. Clamp connection allows quick and easy removal for easy cleaning with seal replacement. Proven all-welded construction ensures long life and a permanent seal.
DSS22T is particularly well suited for gases, compressed air, vapors as well as liquids, pastes, powders and crystallization media. This instrument is primarily intended for process industry applications.
