■Fast and high productivityFormlabs' SLS method 3D printer realizes space saving, low cost, and high quality. Highly functional industrial materials can also be used.

Features of Fuse 1+
■Excellent modeling speedLaser control completes one layer printing in a short time, and a powerful laser with a 30W output and a scan speed of up to 12.5m/s allows you to manufacture high-precision objects within 24 hours. This speeds up prototype manufacturing and improves productivity in low-volume production.

■Addition of high-performance industrial materialsImproved powder handling and the optional installation of a nitrogen filling device result in higher mechanical properties for unique new and existing materials. Fuse 1+ is the only one that is compatible with Nylon 11 CF powder (the previous model Fuse 1 was not compatible). Other materials are currently under development.

■Zero waste and high ROI (return on investment)By optimizing packing density and powder reusability, you can print at lower manufacturing costs without wasting material. For example, the refresh rate (new powder ratio required for printing) for Nylon 11-based materials has been reduced from 50% to 30%. We have also made adjustments to maximize build volume to achieve higher packing density.

■Nitrogen filling device can be installed as an option.As an optional feature, the Fuse 1+ can be equipped with a nitrogen filling device. Installation is not required and can be selected according to the customer's needs. By installing nitrogen filling equipment, the functional properties of the material can be stably improved, and the refresh rate and production cost can be reduced. (Especially for the Nylon 11 series, the refresh rate is reduced by the nitrogen filling device)
